Where is Inspire Prepay available?

Why has it stopped working?

You may have reached the data limit for you current plan, or your plan may have reached its expiry date.
You can check the status of your plan here.

Will my VPN work?

Yes, your VPN should work over Inspire Prepay.

How do I get more access?

You may purchase a new plan at any time.

Why has it slowed down?

You may have reached your plan's data limit, and been reduced to a speed of 1 Mbit/s for the rest of the month.
You may purchase a new plan and start it immediately, or if you already have a future plan you can start using it now
by selecting Start Next Plan Now on the main page.

I don't want the rest of my paid plan. Can I get a refund?

No. Once a plan has been used it cannot be refunded. However, we can refund unused plans.

Can I pay for a number of months in advance?

Yes, you can pay for plans many months in advance if you wish. We will send you an email to warn you
when you are 80% of the way towards your monthly limit, and additionally to tell you when a new month starts.
